What is Blue Clay?
A synthetic perpetuals exchange on Solana, priced at Hyperliquid's mid.
Blue Clay is a synthetic perpetuals exchange on Solana. You open a long or a short on BTC, ETH, SOL and other majors with up to 1000× leverage, at Hyperliquid's mid price, and settle it against a single house ledger called the Kiln.
- Up to 1000× leverage on every market
- One-click long and short, no order book
- Zero slippage at any size within the open-interest caps
- No funding payments and no spread
- No opening fee; the protocol only takes a share of profit on winning closes
- A house ledger that bootstraps itself from zero
Why the name
The first trade records were clay tablets pressed with cuneiform wedges, around 3200 BC. A tablet fixed the terms of a deal at the moment it was made and was settled later. A Blue Clay position works the same way: entry and bust price are fixed when you open, and the position settles against one ledger when you close.
Status
Prices are live from Hyperliquid and you can sign in and fund your wallet now. Order routing to the Solana program is being connected: until it is live, orders are not placed and your SOL stays in your wallet. Kiln and CLAY figures marked Preview are illustrative.
